1. Navigate to the "Program Recording" tab. Access the content by clicking the "Launch Recording" button and entering the password. 

2. After watching the content, navigate back to the "Program Recording" tab and click on the "Attestation" button.

Program overview: 

Expert faculty will present a topic of relevance and importance to primary care physicians.  Live virtual activities are currently presented on Zoom via CloudCME. The general format of the one-hour activity is 30 minutes of didactic lecture, 15 minutes of case presentation, and 15 minutes of Q & A with the faculty. This activity is a recorded version of the live activity, and it doesn't allow a live Q&A. You will be asked to attest to your attendance and expected to complete an evaluation form in order to receive CME credit for your attendance. 

NOTE: You may not claim credit for this enduring material if you attended the live session. 


Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Describe current and emerging applications of genetics and genomics in patient care, including hereditary cancer assessment, pharmacogenomics, and multi-cancer detection testing.
  2. Apply a practical framework to understand how patients are screened and when genetic testing and referral is appropriate in common primary care scenarios.
  3. Identify how to counsel patients regarding the benefits and limitations of testing to support informed, shared decision-making.
