Welcome to PSJHC CloudCME Resources

 

New User? Getting Started with CloudCME

Your CloudCME account provides you with access to evaluations, texting for attendance and credit, and your transcript and certificates.

If you are a new user of PSJHC CloudCME, you will need to create an account. Follow the steps below to create your account.

      1. Navigate to: https://psjhc.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx
      2. Click the Sign Up Now button
      3. Complete all required fields (indicated in red) and make sure to enter your mobile phone number in order to be able to text in for attendance and credits
      4. Click the Submit button

You will also want to pair your mobile phone number with your CloudCME account (one time only) so that you can text in your attendance and credit. 

      1. Text your email address with which you created your CloudCME account to (844) 626-1442 to opt-into the text message attendance program.
      2. You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has now been updated. Once you receive this message, your mobile number and your account are paired.

Tip:  Save this number in your contacts so it is easily accessible.

Sign In to your account

Navigate to https://psjhc.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx and click on Sign In in the upper left.

Enter the email address and password associated with your CloudCME account.

Update your profile information, including password change

      1. Navigate to https://psjhc.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx and click on Sign In in the upper left.
      2. Once signed in, click on My CME and then Profile.
      3. Update your information and click on Submit.
      4. Use the yellow Reset My Password button to reset your password.

 

Text in Your Attendance and Claim Credit

If this is your first-time texting in for attendance you will need to pair your mobile phone number with your CloudCME account (one time only).

    1. Text your email address with which you created your CloudCME account to (844) 626-1442 to opt-into the text message attendance program.
    2. You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has now been updated. Once you receive this message, your account and mobile number are paired.

Tip:  Save this number in your contacts so you it is easily accessible.

A unique activity code will be provided for each Grand Rounds, Case Conference, and/or Live activities. Users must always send an SMS text message and not an iMessage. Text this code to (844) 626-1442 within 48 hours of the session or activity.

You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been successfully update

 

Check In for Grand Rounds, Case Conference, and/or Live activities via the CloudCME mobile app

In your browser search CloudCME® check in or CloudCMETM mobile app and download to your Apple or Android device(s)  to access the Check-in menu and scan a QR code. This app also features mobile access to your transcripts, access to the calendar of events, and many other exciting features! 

Please note, attendance can only be recorded 60 mins. prior to the activity start time, during the activity and up to 120 minutes after the activity closes.

For RSS, once you have texted in the code your credit will immediately be available on your official transcript for you to access at any time.

 

Access your Transcript and Certificates

To view and/or print your official transcript:

    1. Log in at https://psjhc.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx
    2. Select My CME then Transcript from the top navigation bar
    3. Enter the desired date range, and click the Apply button
    4. Your transcript will dislpay with credits grouped by Activity Name/Date
    5. Email or download your transcript by using the buttons above the report

To view and/or print your certificates:

  1. Log in at https://psjhc.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx
  2. Select My CME then Evaluations and Certificates from the top navigation bar
  3. Enter the desired date range, and click the Search button
  4. Select Download Certificate for the Certificates you want to download

If you see Complete Evaluation, you must first complete the activity evaluation

Troubleshooting

Forgot your password?

    1. Navigate to https://psjhc.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx and click on Sign In in the upper right.
    2. Click the Forgot Your Password button.
    3. Enter the email address that you used to create your CloudCME account.
    4. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to this email address. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check the Spam folder.

Locked out?

CloudCME will lock an account after a certain number of failed sign in attempts. To have your account unlocked, email [email protected] or call (310) 829-8290 with your name and the email address associated with your CloudCME account. 

Texting Error Message

If you receive the message "System does not recognize your device" after texting in the activity code the system is not recognizing your mobile phone number. You first need to pair your mobile phone number with your CloudCME account. See the section "Text in Your Attendance and Claim Credit".
